This is a 2 layered cream cake with easy and simple steps, even beginners can follow. Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.

➡️INGREDIENTS:
👉FOR CAKE :
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1/2 cup
Eggs 3
Oil 1/4 cup
Vanilla extract 1 tbsp
👉FOR WHIPPING CREAM PREPARATION:
Whipping cream powder 1 1/4 cup
Milk (chilled) 1 cup
Ice cubes
👉FOR DECORATING:
Rainbow sprinkles,Chocolate Sprinkles
➡️METHOD:
👉FOR BAKING CAKE:
1. Take the all purpose flour, baking powder and baking to a mixing bowl. This is our dry ingredients.
2. Take half cup of sugar and powder it.
3. Break and open 3 eggs in a bowl then add powdered the powdered sugar and beat everything well.
4. Add a tbsp of vanilla essence to this. Our wet ingredients are ready now.
5. Now add the dry ingredients little by little to the wet ingredients . Add quarter cup of oil or butter to this, fold and mix gently. Don't use beater here.
6. Grease some oil over the cake tin and pour the cake batter.
👉WITHOUT OVEN:
7. Heat an iron tawa and place the cake tin over it.
8. Bake for about 45 minutes at low flame.
👉FOR OVEN:
9.Pour the batter in a cake tin. Preheat the oven for 10 mins. Bake the cake at 190 degrees for 35 to 40 mins.
When the cake is baked, allow it to cool completely .Now divide it into 2 layers evenly.
👉HOW TO MAKE CREAM FROM WHIPPING CREAM POWDER:
Note: What ever we are using for making whipping cream (like bowl, beater, whippingcreampowder) keep it in the refrigerator (freezer) for 10 to 15 minutes.
10. Take a big bowl add some ice cubes. Place another bowl over the ice cubes and place whipping cream powder over it.
11. Now add a cup of chilled milk little by little and beat it using an electric beater.
12. Beat it until a stiff peak forms. Now our whipping cream is ready.
👉CAKE DECORATION:
13. Take first layer of cake, spread some cream over it.
14. Place the second layer over it and spread some cream.
15.Now apply the cream evenly on the top and sides of the cake.
16. Pipe rounds of frosting ( whipping cream) around the top of the cake and Sprinkle the rainbow and chocolate Sprinkles over it.
17.Refrigerate the cake for 2 hours or overnight before serving.
