i was a student at Bansal Classes. At that time Shishir Sir ran Insights. Few of my friends studied at Bansal and Insights. Bansal Sir used to say, "jise Bansal me Chemistry samajh me nahi aayega use SM sir hi samjha sakte hai" . Although I did not clear IIT JEE, and did not study directly from Bansal Sir but Kota has definitely taught me a lot and today I am myself a Physics Faculty with one of the Coaching institutes at Kota. Although I am not Bansal Sir or SM Sir's personal student, but I consider them my gurus and I have huge respect for them.

Guidance of V.K.Bansal sir to become a good teacher : Whatever a teacher preaches should himself be practised by him . Discipline is being honest to your work. 1) 8:02 (The time of student should not be wasted ) 2) 8:10 (All the books that a student can touch u must solve all the contradictions and questions so that a student time is never wasted , A good teacher must revise his notes continuosly before his lecture) 3) 12:37 Before the class all the solutions of the dpp should be gone through by a teacher till he remembers it properly so that a student time is not wasted). 4) 17:51 (arrive at the class 10 minutes earlier ,that is never come late at class) 5) 18:01 Teacher should not become lazy hence no seat is provided to teachers. 6) 26:32 Anything happens to you in a extreme manner also if possible the students work and class should be taken and not postponed at any cost. 7) 29:45 Do your work enthusiastically and with full honesty any type of pain will automatically surrender itself 8) 31:10 parate raho kya dikkat hai (magical medicine - a solution to every problem) 9) 33:24 your work must be completed on time at any cost , whatever the circumstances are. 10) honesty in work is best policy in life and happiness.
