Dude let me clarify one thing about Nihari also known as Nahari. This dish was invented by Mughals in India and now its the nation dish of Pakistan. The way Nihari is served is always tenderized by overnight cooking. The Nihari you get in Bangladesh is not at all Nihari it is paya. Paya is served as standalone dish in India as well as in Pakistan. Got knows who started calling these paya in Nihari. This little information all the Bangladeshi vloggers should research before comparing it with Bangladesh Nihari. Please take my comment as feedback for all BD vloggers not to demean you bro. Even one of your Fahim Khan from Bangladesh Food Reviewer doesn’t know that. One more thick the Nihari of India and Pakistan has Gram Flour( Cholar Chatu) as thickening agent.

Nihari comes from arabic world Nahar which means morning and paya is a urdu word which means leg.The common difference between nihari and paya is Payas is traditionally made with Beef or lamb feet , while Nihari is made with shanks , traditionally beef shank.Another main difference thing you write your comment.

You have nailed it to the core and yes ,you do have an in depth know hows of our food .BTW ,I am from Karachi ,Pakistan and feel immense pride to second your opinion .I have watched some food vloggers from BD and was totally baffled about their perception of NIHARI .What they call Nihari is actually called PAYA in India and Pakistan .Thanks a lot for the corrective narrative .And yes ,kudos to this BEST TOUR & FOOD for being so acceptable to the facts .Just serach JAVED Nihari Karachi on youtube and you will get the exact idea ( i live near this eminent food joint ).Lastly , let us share knowledge amongst ourselves with an open mind .Peace to all in India and BD from Paksitan .
