আগে চাকুরী হতে বহিষ্কার এবং অদ্য পর্যন্ত ওনার বেতন স্কেল অনুযায়ী যে টাকা পাবে তা তার ব্যাংকে একাউন্টে দিয়ে বাকী টাকা, ফ্ল্যাট, প্লট রাষ্ট্রের অনুকুলে বাজেয়াপ্ত করা হউক।
