10 kg = 30-40grams to produce 1kg of saffron it takes atleast 350 kg as per info in video....also Mother roots/bulb produce 3-4 baby bulbs and those bulbs takes 2-3 years to mature to produce flowers. There are other factors to consider...like electricity, space managements, CO2 supplies, AC/Chiller maintenance.

He forgot to mention about electricity and labour cost. It will eat up your margins and net margin for the agriculturist is 10-12%. And not to forget about the stagnant price of saffron in the market , it hasn't gone up since 2016.

There is no profit. Cold storage is expensive and Iranian saffron is comparatively cheaper to import. This is not a sustainable business idea
