I appreciate your hard work to help people with this application. My concern is the point that says, " you can sponsor an individual or a family of up to 10 people". My understanding of this is that family means a husband and wife with their kids. This family might be up to 10 in number. In the Canadian immigration process, family is just husband, wife and dependent children as well. Over age siblings for example are not considered as family members. So, please let's check with the concerned body (welcome corps) so that there should not be any ambiguity. Otherwise, well-done.

A family or household of 10 is not necessary immediate family(husband, Wife or kids), it can be relatives or anyone as long as those refugee's status is as a household with the UNHCR when they registered as a refugee(in most cases if any one in the household is above 18 years old, UNHCR will take out that person from the household and give his/her own case unless that person needs a special treatment by the family like disability ...), so family or household actually is determined by the UNHCR where you registered as a refugee.
