EPC contract is basically a contract system. Suppose, you want that the contractor has to erect the brick boundary wall having RCC columns at 3m distance with grill of specified heights all around the plot of the design approved by you, 2 no. of MS gates, one security cabin of specified area with a toilet and quote LS rates, provide all time security for 24 months it may be prepared as EPC contract.

Insured or ensured? Insurance is done by the insurance companies. Quality is ensured by the project team and TPQA, if appointed.
