it is super easy but I have one question how do we justify that ok after doing this analysis what is the result of quantifiable benefit? and in layman's language, we can say all we are trying to do is group the fast-moving products closer to the dispatch area so that it can get out of warehouse faster right? Does it work I have a real warehouse database of more than 47000 + SKU and if I apply this technique will there be a benefit?

As per 80-20 rule, there should be a benefit right. Not all of your 47000 skus have the same order rate. Even a small margin at high scale can have impact on delivery speed, resources and inturn on costs.
