Jyoti Devi far better than pizza, cakes, chocolates and processed food we all love to eat. This is organic chicken with minimum spices. I would never use refined oil and will use mustard oil for such traditional authentic recipes and won’t use melamine plastics plates as they are carcinogenic. Other than that this is a healthy chicken recipe
