@@lordsafi775 does not matter,this project was approved in 2009 and construction contract signed in 2011.Official duration for the project was 3.5 years.Its 2024 now and half the portion is still not finished.

@@ios759 No little boy, you know nothing about real world. A project can't start without funding. It can come from both the government and foreign sources. Since BD doesn't have enough money the government can't just start a project. That means they need to to negotiate with authorities after declaring a project. And not everyone wants to do these projects in Dhaka because this city is very crowded and 12 years ago nobody wanted to lend money to BD. So funding and finding developing company is the main process. You can say BRT is being constructed for a decade coz it started and funded a decade ago.
