Being healthy doesn't mean longevity! No people over 100 years old are doing any exercise. Sub 100 maybe. To live really long, most likely no or minimum exercise. Those high intensity exercise benefit cannot be carried over to your old age. Training yourself so that your body able to cope with stress is not solving the roots. U should eliminate stress as the final motive... those exercise, if to deal with stress, is just managing... exercising = living longer is a myth ... don't fall into it ...
