I definitely listen to other groups as well. I know there is so much talent out there. “Say Yes” is a song with DK and Seungkwan very r&b like this one. I’m sure you can imagine how a song would be with the two main vocalists of seventeen.. I think you would love it! Also seungkwan just released a cover of Shape by Choi Yu Ree. Very lovely and very emotional. Always enjoy seeing you watch seventeen!

Also your mention of checking out other teams.. some teams I found/was impressed with in 2023 were THE BOYZ and ONEUS! Seventeen will always be my ult but I’m always looking for new groups to fall in love with. There’s so much good music out there in K-Pop

Vocal team songs are wonderful. Hiphop team have a few slow songs too...As a group, 'to you', 'all my love', 'kidult', etc have wonderful meaning and amazing too..❤

Seventeen's vocal unit has GORGEOUS songs. Woozi writes really good ballads (he's great with melodies in general), I highly recommend Habit, Don't Listen In Secret and Yawn for more vocal unit songs but I'd also recommend you listen to full group ballads like IF You Leave Me (their most intricate ballad imo), All My Love or Circles.

I totally agree that most Kpop grps promote the dance based songs and not their Bsides. So a lot of ppl don't know abt these beautiful songs. You should listen to their Bsides more... I would recommend: Dont Listen In Secret, To You, Kidult, Habit, and Imprefect Love. All of SVT can sing so OT13 songs like To You and Kidult are just mesmerizing to watch.

Their vocal unit songs are great, Love their b-sides or ballads and sometimes they are better than the title tracks (my opinion are subjective hahah) ... here's some recommendation: Pinwheel, Yawn, Hug, All my love, Kidult etc.

They really have many amazing songs. One Ot13 song which comes to my mind which is really amazing with omg vocals is Kidult (어른아이). It's really good. I recently heard to it in concert too and it's amazing! Maybe you can check it out sometime. There's so many other amazing songs too!

It's a shame that r&b songs seem to simmer out from focus around the start of 3rd gen with only a few artists that use it in their songs (baekho for one, but its also cause he learns a lot from bumzu who absolutely loves those genre and have been active for ages). I want groups to embrace more r&b and soulful music sorta like BIG MAMA, cause damn i want them to flaunt those vocals.
