The lady was actually there but the staff edited it and that's the reason it looked scary and only few members saw her coz she was never out of that room and the members went in that room saw her and the staff said there's no female but that lady was actually there and was send by the staff

2:55 You can see that during the first half of this clip, theres a space between the photo that fell, and the one under it. When you see her flinch and it shows the photo again, the space isn't there anymore. So during the time the camera was zoomed into her face, the photo fell and hit the one below it, (why she flinched, she heard the noise) balanced there for a second, then fell fully

The last clip was edited the company was trying to edit out a staff member but accidently edited the idol you saw in the clip. And in the 3rd clip the girl who was performing tried to grab her member because she almost fell , but she failed and grabbed someone elses hand but there was no one beside the girl that almost fell try to look in really closely and you will see the finger tips of someone, it goes by very fast and the quality isn't very good so it could be hard to grab of course. In the stray kids clip i think it was bang chan his tie losened which caused the beanie to move like that In the exo clip the person that appeared was a staff member who wasn't aware that the camera was on. I'm not sure why hwasa was transperent but if you look in the mirrior you could also see someone sitting down at 4:05 ( I got this info from someone else might not be true but makes sense to me)

The explanation of the 3rd clip was the girls who performing on the stage. One girl was out of balance and the other girl was trying to hold her so she wouldn't slip but... she held a different hand/the hand she was holding was the hand that suddenly appeared at the woman's side... A little creepy because it happened on live.

4:19 you would only know how much creepier this one was if you saw the video. The context is they were playing tag with staff members dressed in halloween costumes. 3 members who came across "that" room saw the lady and bowed at her thinking she was a staff (but the camera in that room captured no one). Wonwoo even said "oh there is also someone (staff/tagger) here" and calmly passed by the room wondering why "that lady" wasnt trying to catch him when the taggers were supposed to chase the members. The producer verified the scene after shooting since the members kept on saying they saw someone there. They also reviewed the footage. And it was confirmed that there wasnt a single staff in that room except for the camera attached at the wall. Yes it is creepy and I happened to watch that episode at 10:30 pm with heavy rain and lighting pouring outside.

For some of these, like the foot under the table and the lack of reflections were edited by the channel staff to hide staff members in shots or just things they don't want viewers to see. I looks like the editor just cut out and placed a new empty background over the table to hide the rest of someones body and over the mirror to hide something that was in the reflection.

Red velvet's video can be easily explained, the frames on the wall are glued in, not nailed, so the top one slid down onto the one below it, she heard it, turned around right as the frame fell off, nothing creepy in that clip (i could be wrong it's my first time seeing it, but i'm pretty sure they just tape those artworks, they don't drill holes into those sets walls since they have to change them often

The clip from red velvet was probably that the picture fell already on top of the other picture frame before (That's when she got cautious) and only then fell down completely. If you look at 2:36 you can see that there is more space in between the pictures than when we can see it fall.
