Wow proud to be an odia from Sambalpur and she is from Jharsuguda just only 50 km from Sambalpur. Sriya mentioned Pakhala Bhata which is the most liked dish by peple in odisha specially in summer season. It mix up rice and water. If someone want curd can be mix. Eaten with dry vegetable curry. Papad, fish fried. Very delicious and also keep cool our body from heat of sun. It's a very healthy diet. Proud for u sriya. U are a super star. Best of luck for your future dear. 💜💜💜💜
