Kathakali is a combination of music, dance and acting. There will be 2 singers, drummers and dancers/actors. Songs are mostly based on stories & events in Mahabharata which are enacted by dancers. Search "Kathakali padam" for kathakali songs

Thank you for doing this, . Im tired of convincing everything that Hinduism is still very much alive in kerala. Also one info, you can find the narad veena ( we call it nanduni in Malayalam) In every temple with a naag prathishta. You can tell them your name, your nakshatra, and family name and they will sing for your health and your familys good fortune to the naag devtas.
