I think you can see it behind the dancers (the black line) earlier in the performance, but it looks like it either had a lot more slack in the semi-finals so it fell out of the way of Käärijä unlike how it was in the finals, or it was pulled out of the way since it doesn't seem to be there later in the performance.

One of the dancers tried was meant to pull it away at 1:10 but it didn't come loose. You can see him manage it in the semi final but not the grand final.

Yo hubiera mantenido cuando los bailarines suben a Käärijä. Para mejorar puntuación del jurado, Käärijä tuvo que hacer su actuación moviéndose de lun lado para otro. Por eso le falló un poco la voz. Pero...qué encantadora actuación , y los bailarines son fantásticos .
