केस ही नहीं कर सकती बीवी कभी भी पति पे ! wife can't file any case against husband!

Actually one of my friend case .He is very innocent, love marriage of 13yr and before that love affair 9yr.means total 22yr relationship.one child of 12yr. Last 18month thay r staying separate. Wife is high qualified and my friend is simple MBA with handsome earning. Thay r the example of a goodCouple in our friend circle. But now his wife lodge mutual divorce case and manipulate his son and he is also no contact with his father. Now my friend is not able to fight with his wife bcoz he does not want to show his case in society. My friend done a house on d name of his wife current price aprox 1.5cr,a car on d name of wife costing 10lk,gold of 5lkh and other aprox 10lkh with proof but now my friend don't want to fight with wife immotionaly and... Plz reply what to do

Mere adv to kuch batate nahi ye sab section batate to ignore karte hai bas time pass karne ke liye case lad rahe hai mujhe lagta hai 5 saal lag jayega mera paisa bhi waist time bhi waist or life bhi waist sir

Mujhe gar se bhar nikal deya or family court case laga dea shadi ko 27 year ho gya 3 bache hai woh bhi 20.22.24 years ka hai. Rupees mag Rahi hai

18 mahina alg rehti hai ...8..lahk main bat bni ...4. Lahk de diya ..baki 6 mahni k bad .bad main boli nhi deti tlak ..jaj shab bole jail jaygi .4 lahk bhi de ....hlla kr rhi .jaj shab n bhar nikal Diya ...27...2. Ko dehko kiya hota hai .🙏
