Of course, when you only hear one side, that's how it would look. As for me, I took both business law and law and politics. And from my view point. URL are interacting with independent contractors. Doing so, you can offer what you want for them to behave how you want. You want them exclusive, etc etc. Make an offer. It is up to the contractor to take or leave the deal. URL has never slandered RBE publicly. Never publicly ask people to block or bootleg RBE events. In court, RBE looks to be the intimidator by going on his platform and seeking to push the public against the URL. And it is working. That is the part that hurts the RBE. People are literally saying that on his platform, they would never download the app. Never support another URL even based on the words of RBE. Many times, his words were directly contradicting to the facts, and he has never retracted.

Most of the employees that have been there longer will always feel like they are under appreciated because they used to getting VIP treatments when the company was small. Ask those employees now, do they still visit their friends from the hood the same way they used to and ask those friends how they feel about that.
