Como se realmente fosse injusto, me diga quantos idols você vê que tem o talento vocal do Jongho ?? No kpop todo mundo tem seus papéis, Jongho não tem center, nem popularidade, mas com certeza é um crime dar mais linhas pro seu vocalista principal, quando ele claramente tá assim de qualquer outro membro nesse quesito, não é como se outros membros do ateez nao cantassem bem, pq eles cantam, mas se você analisar e comparar com a habilidade do Jongho, a diferença é enorme

I try to understand that line distributions can’t always be fair but since both Wooyoung and Yeosang have said they’re interested in getting more lines it does make me a little sad :( I hope the future brings them more opportunities… both of them shone so much in IOMT and Wooyoung specifically in Selfish Waltz!!!!!!!

this is so interesting to hear! i'm new to ATEEZ (i've always known them and a few TT's, just never really checked out their full discography) they both have such distinct voices, i was always curious why they were usually the ones with the least lines so i just assumed they didn't want more! ty for commenting this

@ Yes! Yeosang has been very outspoken about it, although it seems he blamed himself at one point over not being good enough and not having enough lines (not true!!) :( But I think the reason he’s done solo covers in the past is because he wants to show us his voice more 🩷 His cover of “Hug Me” is absolutely breathtaking!!

It makes sense why Jongho would have more lines. I dont think anyone else other than him can hit those notes. I understand wanting fair lines but in some cases its just not possible. Overall i think ateez balances this out in other aspects like screen time or centres and stuff like that so.....

Not true, San and Seonghwa can hit high notes too. But obviously Jongho its more trained in that area.

I love that Yeosang will add 0.1% or more in almost every album. KQ knows that we all need his voice more every comeback. Also jongho has so many adlibs, his vocal range is insane and he is indeed the main vocalist, so why not? It'll be weird if the main vocalist is in the 5th or below, right?

I didn’t realize how little line distribution Seonghwa and Yunho had in the beginning because nowadays I feel like they both get so many lines (which makes me happy) Hoping Yeosang & Wooyoung also get more lines in the future. Usually main rapper like uri Captain doesn't get many lines because they have a focused rap verse that they do themselves, no other members included. But since #Hongjoong is so versatile and diverse, he literally should be called the vocal line too. His voice is very well developed and he always delivered flawlessly. Which is why he has so many lines despite being the main rapper. I don't know if this includes his adlibs and giggles, bcause if so then he probably would be number 2 or 3, among Seonghwa and San, the main vocalists. I also wished they could give Yeosang more lines. His low tones make excellent layer to our vocalists voices (if it is included I believe his time would be much more longer than displayed here) but I hope he gets more solo lines in the future.

It makes sense Jongho would be the most since he is the main vocalist m what doesn't make sense and it's not fair it's the ONE AND ONLY LEAD VOCALIST always got the bottom 4 lines and even the last second in 4 continues recent albums and no one dare to speak up about it cz they're afraid to be called out as solo stans. Look at other groups. The main and lead vocalist gap is not that far they always shine and sing side to side. Like seventeen with Seungkwan & DK. BigBang with Daesung and Taeyang. EXO with Chen, Baekhyun and D.O. But you won't find this formula in ateez since they will give the lines more the sub vocals even the rappers 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ SAN DESERVE BETTER. 💔

I have a few problems with this. San is not the only lead vocal, last time Ateez confirmed a lead vocal position was zero fever pt. 2 and it is obvious Seonghwa and Yunho are lead vocals as well, it just obviously hasn’t been confirmed yet. So ide say San and Seonghwa are at a pretty god stance when it comes to lines, Yunho deserves a bit more tho.
