Thanks Joe as always for your content. One thing I'd like to point out is I'm really liking the two-man pick & roll game between Dug and DNG. It's a nasty combo for opposing teams to guard and definitely creates awesome highlight reels!

I think you’re right about that. This team going back and forth between high PNR’s and Hawkins running the offense from the elbows has been pretty nice. Still work to do but there’s some life there! Thanks for watching!

It was nice to see Hawkins work to take over the game at points. Felt like he finally stepped up to what he can be. Offense in general still gets sluggish and even lost in the half court. Need more set plays that keep things moving. You could also see points where chemistry throughout the team and it was very evident and points where it just wasn't there. I think 8th in the big 12 continues to be viable.

Wouldn’t rule anything out at this point. They’ve gotta play complete basketball games and if they get to that ceiling they can be good. Just a matter of what they do vs. teams in the Big 12. Thanks for watching!

We seen flashes of what this team could be. Granted this wasn't a B12 team they beat, but they're starting to look like a team, not individuals on the court. As long the Cats have to recruit 8-12 players each year, we'll see slow starts no matter the quality of players we get. I seen some nice team play against Longford. If we can get that kind of play consistently then we see this team do well. GO CATS!!

I agree with that take for sure. It takes a lot of time to gel some of these new dudes but hopefully with some of the juniors we have this year the team can build with more dudes coming back with a supplement of dudes through the portal

@@JoeTillery I do enjoy seeing both Dug & Coleman out there on the court together for extended stretches of play. They're combined presence on the floor really elevates this team and they seem to feed off one another and they're chemistry will grow as this season progresses.

I don’t know Joe. The team has talent, but with the portal and NIL, the talent has been spread. I see a lot of teams that rebuild rosters every year and are fire. 2 years now, Tang has a rebuilt superstar team on paper, but seems like it’s toilet paper and a bit of a crappy product. This team can still achieve but I have LOTS of concerns as it smells a lot like last year so far. Keep up the good work with the videos. Love that you keep it positive.

I’m definitely still apprehensive as well. Think there’s a lot of good and bad we’ve seen and it’s tough to tell what the baseline is. Only one way to find out I suppose! Thanks for watching!
