@@phinyp2256 Laotians and Hmongs has significant and beautiful culture, languages, and beliefs. The Hmongs adapts to the country they live in (borrowing of language, dance, food) Through history Hmongs we're influenced by Chinese culture the most (lived there the longest) and when some migrated down south to Laos (1800s) they adopt some of the customs. The Laotians of Laos and the Hmongs of Laos are from the same country however, both are different ethnic groups. Love both Cultures.

There’s 49 ethnic groups in Laos. I doubt most Lao Americans know that the majority Lao-Tai peoples of Laos migrated from southern China as well. So Lao is not a ethnicity, it’s a national identity. So enjoy the song family.
