Thank you. We (women) have come to the husbands house and do the pooja daily so it is every day festival for you guys right? Just joking. Yes, during Navarathri we call our husbands sisters (aathu ponnugal) and keep them happy and provide all the possible materials. During every Pongal in our houses we have a practice of doing "seer" to our girls or at least sending money. We do regularly "Sumangali Prarthanai" and during that festival the "aathu ponnugal" will play the main role. Thanks for asking.

Usually the karthigai seer is vilakku, saree, cloth, athirsam and other sweets and then every year we send money as how we do for Pongal.I have done akkaravadisal recipe for koodravalli. Pooja next year I will do. Thanks.
