食材 ：1罐扣肉罐头、2颗鸡蛋、包菜、蒜末、2根辣椒、2勺蚝油、2勺老抽、半碗清水
1.把鸡蛋打散，煎熟切丝，米粉泡软，其他材料切好备用
2.热锅加入罐头里的油以及少许食用油，爆香蒜末&辣椒，加入包菜丝翻炒；再加入米粉
3.这时候就可以加调味料了，2勺老抽、2勺蚝油、1勺鱼露、半碗清水，炒至上色；再倒入扣肉里的酱汁翻炒均匀
4.最后把扣肉&鸡蛋一起加进来快速翻炒就可以出锅啦❤️

Canned ko ruo is v unhealthy but i just love its special taste! Super with fried beehoon! What I do is use v little soy and oyster sauces as the ko ruo sauce is already v salty. I find that Chye sim is even tastier. Thank u for sharing!

yes, the green colour of chai Sim makes it more colourful, I would use chai Sim too.. Cabbage can be placed as the base..
