On November 20th, right before Kimchi Day in Korea, we gathered together to learn everything about kimchi - the most famous Korean food, and kimjang - the process of making and sharing kimchi and a UNESCO Intangible Heritage of Humanity. We learnt many interesting facts about this heritage, and also had a special cooking class with Mr Choi: a Korean chef who has worked in such hotels as Walkerhill, Imperial Palace and Grand Hyatt for over 10 years!
