Teja garu, Not sure how many fans you have but my 7 year old son is AC of you. I started cooking from jan 2022 and Each night he will show me menu as well make me watch. its amazing dish. 25 yrs ago i ate at kannada aunty home and its similar taste when made today. Keep up the same spirit. Ofcourse i used ghee. Mealmaker tomato and potato side dish -wet was served then i dont know what it was 😔 but would be great if someone can correct me and share its reciepe too.

The masala usage. Bisibela bath is more fragrant and has lots of ingredients. Sambar rice is just adding sambar podi that's it.
