Post partum depression is sooooo real ...😢faced for both my children but completely in a different way. Recovered mentally and self-motivation is my key.... I gained nearly 40kgs. Then, started hitting badminton court and lost 35Kgs . I should have known you those times mam. Excellent service your doing for motherhood ❤

So many people don’t understand the postpartum depression. They ask the question ’why do you feel sad when you have a baby in hand. I heard it from so many people including my mother. And many Indian moms and mominlaws, focus on the baby rather the mother. Baby is important, but the mother is more than important than the baby. Hope the people around the women understand this.

I totally agree that many new moms will take a while to connect with the baby , probably because what you envisioned w Your baby to look like and when they are born is different , On her struggle with breastfeeding , I hope they have lactation consultants to help with h This you won’t have so much of milk in the first few days , it takes time and technics , she’s so brave to tell her vulnerable moments
