Thank you so much for your feedback.. For every oven, temperature varys.. I cannot say the actual temp for your oven.. so next time reduce the temp level.. or in the middle of baking turn off the bottom rod alone..

Assalamu Alaikkum warahmathullahi wabarakathahu. I'm Riyaza Sulaiman from Sri Lanka. I made Dhamada yesterday. Its very yummy although it's long process. About 30 to 50 ada broke when removing from the tin. Couldn't take the bottom portion out. I followed ur instructions as well .only thing I applied butter, u had asked to apply oil. After that I put oil paper to the base of the tin. Any way thank u for the recipe and for the clear instructions.

Dhammadai should be cool before removing from the mould.. And also dust some flour with ghee or butter...
