@@RelaxRecipes ok thank you madam... I tried tamil nadu style idli batter, but, along with sago, fenugreek & aval... But.. I don't know the reason... The better is not fermented.. I tried thrice.. Got hard idlis... And... As full batter is fermented, next day batter became so sour... I didn't like the sour smell
