Say [k] but don't release it, just hold the back of your tongue against your soft palate. Then, try to breathe out, but still don't let your tongue move - not even a little, don't let any air out (unless you want to make an ejective fricative like x'). Finally, release it, you should get an ejective k. If you need any more help, just ask.
