I really appreciate that you found my video helpful. When you file for I129f you just have to add your child name on the form as he or she is your child. Its going to be automatic you don't need to fill out another form.

Hey Nuclear thank for watching my video, yes she can live with you. After you get married you have to file adjustment of status and that is for permanent residency. She doesn't need to go back to her country as long as you guys get married within 90 days from the time she get to the US.

Yes you are right. No need for any document from your child during the initial process. All you have to do is put his name on the form as your child. Thats it for now. The rest is during the medical and visa interview

Hi sis, regarding sa documents nang k2 same lng nang k1 maliban lng sa cenomar. Then fathers consent na ok sa kanya dalhin mo ang anak mo sa us. Regarding naman sa medical same din kayo and yes my xray then meron sila IGRA test sa blood yan na test to make sure wla siya TB

Additional info sa medical. If ever meron siya mga medical history mag photo copy ka nang medical certificate from the doctor na na cure na siya sa previous na illness tapos 5 copies yan dapat

File the adjustment of status due to marriage the form is i-485 and I recommend to file it together with employment authorization and advance parole since it will be free if you file at the same time.

Yes it is a single entry. Once there were issued a visa they only have to stay in the US until they get their green card and even they are a greencard holder they are only allowed to stay less than 6 months outside of US.

Ang noa1 po is just a receipt na natanggap na nila ang application niti for petition. Maghintay lng po kayo nang noa2 at saka sa pagkaka alam ko po ang regular na process is 5 to 7 months pero meron iba nagsasabi na mabilis na daw ngayun like 2 to 3 months

Hello approved po kami ng k2 ko February 27,2020 then march 4 po issued na visa status ko pero yung k2 ko one week napo application recieved parin nakalagay, hindi naman kmi ina ask ng other documents to submit pero bakit po application recieved parin status ng k2 ko, tumawag din po ako sa embassy ang sabi nag babarring dw pag chinecheck, wait ko nalang dw kung my instructions c embassy or wait ko daw text ng 2GO does it mean po ba na walang problema sa visa ng k2 ko kahit hindi nag chachange status nya?

Pwedi na po kayo mag apply after niyo mag kita. Ang sinasabi po nila na 2 years dapat nagkita kayo within 2 years bago mag apply. Lets say last niyo na kita is june 20 2018 meaning hindi na pwedi kayo mag apply kasi nag lagpas na 2 years ang last niyo na pagkikita

Isama mo lng siya sa interview pero hindi naman sila tinatanong. Dapat kunan mo din siya nang interview schedule. At saka oo kuha ka nang fathers consent para sure.

@@xtimbea well if he can obtain citizenship there why not? If you will get him a k2 visa you have to pay for medical and visa plus adjustment of status. But with your question you dont need to file separately for k2 its included in k1 petition as long as you put the name.

There is a difference if the petitioner and the alien fiancé has a child you as a parents should file a A report of birth abroad so as the child can get his or her citizenship there in the embassy. Beside the fiancé will not be given her visa if that is not process yet.
