Mike was my Dude back in the day. Excellent technique. I feel strategically he was lacking. Like Cro Cop, he was so Physically talented that he rarely set his stuff up. That fault always saw him lose to guys like Remy ( Great fight) and Peter Aerts. Helluva fughter though.👍👍👍

The referee clearly said no hugging, he didn’t mention groin kicks being legal and gave a red warning without any reason to Michael McDonald. Michael McDonald stayed fair. There are no fights on this level anymore, at least I am aware of. Tyson must have been Michaels teacher on thus short range body hits and I wonder who payed whom here. #profightsaredirtyfights

Then again literally almost everyone who participated in kickboxing and mixed martial arts in the '80s and '90s was juicing all of the greats basically. It's just an unfortunate aspect of combat sports that we have to deal with even the great boxers like Mike Tyson were almost certainly juicing. It was a lot easier back in the day as well since Boxing commissions would give you your test date giving you plenty of time to cycle off whatever you were on. It is what it is we just have to respect the athletes that when the rules do come around for them not to use that stuff they go clean and continue to participate at a high level. Like Alistair overeem for example totally a juicer but when he got caught he went clean and fought in the UFC heavyweight division for years afterwards earning himself a title shot even
