Atleast Ruslan tried. And he hit Badr with a couple of a punches too, ones that actually hurt Badr a few years ago. The boy has just gotten too strong for Karaev. But atleast he did way better than Overeem did against Hari.

He seemed to have a game plan, unfortunately Badr forced him instantly into a slug fest. But he was gaining some some good shots here and there. Since Alexcardo2000's saying the interpretation is bad I'll assume the 2nd Knockdown was the one he rejects. And I agree but you have to see what the slow-mo too, The shock caused by the hook really would make anyone panic. I think it's pretty obvious that he's growing and it won't take long before he becomes a real threat for the K1 champion's belt

I think the real problem is the 2 down rule... It messed up 3 fights in this tournament... At this level, where fighters punch so hard, downs happen to "easily"... Wether it was a real down or not, it's clear he could have kept on fighting...

oharawinter, yes! I agree with u! When I saw those vids for the first time, I didnt know rules were changed, and I got angree what the fuck ref stopped the fight when they can continue, now I see it's the rule
