An air assist nozzle would help keep your focus lens from getting smoked up and reducing power also.

If you use masking tape over your cut lines you can avoid the smoke stain. Try it.

I think your K40 should be able to cut the plywood in one go. I cut 4mm plywood at 8 mA at 10mm / second in one pass.

The bed table was part of the unit when I got the laser. I’m not sure if they ell it independently but you might check EBay for spare parts.

Black is Raster engrave NOT cut. The red is Vector cut.

Sounds like you had a bad experience, sorry to hear that. I guess I was lucky, I bought mine several years ago on Ebay and got it right away
