$289.95 at HRO plus between $74 and $95 for the cable to connect it to your radio! One feature I noticed that was missing and one that I absolutely love about my Heil Proset Plus headset is a phase reversal switch. When it's switched on it makes the audio sound like it is centered inside of your head instead of just at your ears. Really helpful when trying to copy a very weak CW signal that is close to the noise floor. Also, I couldn't get the manufacturer's website to even load in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Internet Explorer web browsers. I think I'll be sticking with Heil Sound!

Bob, Thanks for the review, till your review, I never really considered them as a serious contender and found myself a fairly committed K9EID fan; however, after watching your review(s) coupled with my XYL winning a pair of the listen only headsets, rethought adopting them. David spent over an hour of his time discussing our situation and what maybe needed, yes the RadioSport is pricey $$$, but at the end of that journey, I believe we will have an integrated system. From comfort and acoustic perspective, I believe that these are definitely winners, at this point, I do not have enough time to definitively say that the mic is equivalent / superior to the Heil. However, most if not all modern rigs come complete with enough equalization to handle the particulars of any mic. 73 es God Bless, Art / K0ACP

From the perspective of operating in environments with the potential for high ambient noise (several radio channels going at once in an emcomm radio room or several stations in close proximity, I'm a strong proponent of noise cancelling microphones. Notable that the Arlan M101 mic, all the other mic elements are noise cancellers. Heil can't make that claim.

Hello Bob & Tyghe, I just watched the video and it was great except you missed the feature on the cable at the split for mic and phones, if you look at the little black box it has a mono stereo switch built in and it does make a difference at times when trying to pull out signals. Not sure if has the same affect as the phasing or not. I really like my RS60CF's and Dave is really good about customer support. N6OIL

I will stick with My HEIL headphones. I have the foot switch and the adapter for 45 J Phone jack. that a lot of vhf/uhf radios use I am a Kenwood fan my self

You could. They may sound a bit too bossy but I use an old pair of apple earbuds when I'm using my portable radio and they work fine.
