இந்த வீடு அழகாகவும்,பாரம்பரியமாகவும் பார்க்க பார்க்க ஆசையாக உள்ளது, இது குளிர் காலத்திற்க்கும் மற்றும் கோடை காலத்திற்க்கும் ஏதுவாக மாற்றி கொள்ளும் தன்மையை கொண்டதுதான் இதன் முக்கிய சிறப்பம்சம்,அதைவிட ஆயுட்காலம் இந்தனை வருடம் தான் என சொல்ல முடியாத அளவிற்க்கு நீடிக்கும் காரணம் ,இது செங்கல் அல்லது மண்ணாலோ கட்டவில்லை . என்னுடைய எதிர்கால வீடு கூட முன்பக்கம் மற்றும் பின்பக்கம் கருங்கலாலால் தான் வீடுகட்ட போகிறேன் ஆதலால் ஒரு கருங்கல் விலை எவ்வளவு என்று சொல்ல முடியுமா..

In this house positive points , that grand room (wooden one ) with open restroom concept and hidden door , 2 side wall with 2 side stone wall and2side+ roof painting and if entrance is like pondicherry houses will be good , hanging 🛏️ is good , sitout places are too good , viewplaces from first floor wow concept Negative point hall , for one or two day okay , after that getting very boring , in grand room that hidden budda room ,its looking like smoking place , roof concept is not approachable design , and staircase to rooftop really not safety one , entrance door and other doors not good , in first floor open restroom concept not good , kitchen is okay but as much , if trying modern with traditional means 2 sides stone wall and other side glass or brick wall is fine , not required 4 side wall , this is my view about this house , anyway creative one and also dream one for that owner ❤
