In this video I have shown my way of making Nandu/ crab rasam or soup and vanjiram Meen/ fish fry a mangalorean recipe.
Nandu rasam ingredients
Crab/ Nandu 1/2 kilo
Small onions/ shallot 2 to 3 handful
Garlic 15 pods
Tamarind water
Tomato 2 to 3
Pepper 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Tumeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Oil 2 teaspoon
Mustard seeds 1/4 teaspoon
Vanjeeram meen fry ingredients
Fish 6 to 8 pieces
Tumeric powder
Kashmiri chilli powder 2 to 3 tablespoon
Cumin seeds 1teaspoon
Fennel seeds 1 teaspoon
Fenugreek 1/4 teaspoon
Garlic 2 to 3 pods
Tamarind paste as per taste
Salt
Oil to shallow fry
Onion large 1 to 2
