Ek baar Poha se banaein Aloo ke sabse soft aur swaadisht Parathe aur uske saath khaane ke liye healthy Raita.
INGREDIENTS :
(HINDI)
---- पोहा आलू का परांठा ----
पोहा - १ कप​
लहसुन - ४ कलियां
आलू (मध्यम आकार​) - २, उबले हुए
देशी घी - १ चम्मच​
नमक - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
चिली फ्लेक्स - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
धनिया के पत्ते - १ चम्मच​
आटा - १/४ कप​
दही - १ चम्मच​
---- स्पेशल रायता ----
देशी घी - १ छोटा चम्मच​
राई - १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
जीरा - १/२ छोटा चम्मच
हरी मिर्च - १, कटी हुई​
कढी पत्ता - ५ से ७ पत्ते
प्याज (मध्यम आकार​) - १, कटा हुआ
गाजर (छोटा आकार​) - १, कद्दू-कस​
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १/४ छोटा चम्मच​
दही - १.५ कप​
काला नमक - १/४ छोटा चम्मच​
धनिया के पत्ते - १ चम्मच​
(ENGLISH)
---- Poha Aloo Paratha ----
Flattened Rice - 1 cup
Garlic - 4 cloves
Potato (medium size) - 2, boiled
Desi Ghee - 1 table spoon
Salt - ½ tsp
Chilli flakes - ½ tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 table spoon
Wheat flour - ¼ cup
Curd/ Yogurt - 1 table spoon
---- Special Raita ----
Desi Ghee - 1 tsp
Black Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
Green Chilli - 1, chopped
Curry leaf- 5 to 7 leaves
Carrot (small size) - 1, grated
Red Chilli powder - ¼ tsp
Curd/ Yogurt - 1.5 cup
Black Salt - ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 table spoon
