શાક ભાજી નાં હોય ત્યારે આ એકદમ સ્વાદિષ્ટ ધાબા સ્ટાઇલ મગ બનાવો , એટલા ભાવશે કે એમનેમ ખાઈ જશો .
INGREDIENTS
moong - 1/2 cup
turmeric - 1/4th tsp
curd ( little sour ) - 1/4th cup
gram flour - 1 tbsp
oil - 2 tbsp
mustard seeds - 3/4th tsp
cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
garlic paste - 3/4th tsp
coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
cumin powder - 1/4th tsp
turmeric - 1/4th tsp
red chilli - as per taste
achaar masala - for garnish
asafetida - 3 pinch
coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
salt - as per taste
ginger paste - 1/4th tsp

Hi...Rita , thank you so...so..much for your good concern , you are absolutely right ,🙏. I have used silicon spatula , I know this is also not advisable , just to avoid scratches on pan i use sometimes .
