Ingredients
Raw banana - 2nos
Onion - 1nos
Grated coconut - 1 cup
Curry leaves - 3 sprigs
Dry red chilli - 3 nos
Coriander seed - 1 tbsp
Fennel seed - 1 tbsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Cumin seed - 1 tsp
Mustard seed - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 or 2 tsp
Oil - 3 or 4 tsp

Method
Firstly ,cut the raw bananas into equal half and set aside.
Take a pan add water and raw banana cook them well and set aside .
Heat oil in a pan add urad dal,dry red chilli ,coriander seed and fennel seed saute them well.
Add grated coconut and roasted them well and set aside.
Now peel the cooked banana and smash with a neat spachilla and set aside.
Crush the roasted red chilli, grated coconut and other ingredients into fine paste and set aside,
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seed and cumin seed ,lets crackled.
Add dry red chilli,curry leaves and chopped onion saute them well.
Then add smashed raw banana plantain and grinded coconut masala mix them well.
Add some salt and cook them well.
Remove from fire and set aside.
Serve and enjoy the tasty raw banana stir fry with meals.
