INGREDIENTS:
Curd (दही) - 1 Bowl/200 gm
Sugar (चीनी) - 1 Bowl/200 gm
Baking soda (बेकिंग सोडा) - 1/4 tsp
Baking powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1+1/4 tsp
All-Purpose flour (मैदा) - 1+1/4 Bowl/200-225 gm
Oil (तेल) - 1/4 bowl
Pineapple emulsion (पाइनएप्पल इमल्शन) - some drops
Milk (दूध) - 3-4 tbsp
Whipped cream (व्हिप्पड क्रीम) - 1 cup
For Pineapple Syrup:
Pineapple (अनानास)
Sugar (चीनी)
Water (पानी)
RECIPE:
In a bowl,put Curd & Powdered Sugar & mix them well.Put Baking Soda & Baking Powder in it & keep it aside for 5 mins.Then put All Purpose Flour in it gradually.Put some Milk,Oil & Pineapple Emulsion & mix them all.Put the batter in greased tin & bake it in the pre-heated pan.Keep the flame high for a min then bake the cake at low to medium flame for 30-35 mins.Sponge Cake will get ready, demould it when it cools down.Then keep it in fridge for 3-4 hours.
For Pineapple Syrup,chop the Pineapple & boil them in pressure cooker & give it 2-3 whistles then put Sugar & give it 1 more whistle.Keep it for cooling down & the Pineapple Syrup will get ready.
For Icing,take some cream,beat it with Electric Beater/Hand Whisker.Cut the edges of Sponge Cake then cut it in slices.Put Pineapple Syrup on the cake slices,apply whipped cream on the slices,put some Pineapple pieces & cover the upper part with cream.Keep it in fridge,then cut the Cake to make Pastries & decorate it with star nozzel.Garnish the Pineapple Pastry with Pineapple pieces,Cherries & edible pearls.In this way,Bakery Style Pineapple Pastry will get ready at home.
