Namak - 200g (baking karne ke lie)
Atta (Gehu / Whole Wheat) - 130g / 1 cup
Baking soda - 2 chutki / 1/8 tsp
Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Dahi - to make the dough
Oil - 1 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Garlic - 4 kaliyan
Butter - 50g
Topping ki Sabziyan - capsicum, pyaaz, tamatar, corn, jalapeno

Hello, I tried this recipe with all the ingredients exactly as you said, but I have some problem with this recipe: 1. Whole wheat flour cannot be replaced for plain flour because first of all the dough does not rise as well as the plain flour dough. 2.The amount of salt is too much, the end product is very salty. 3. The pizza takes much more time to cook than you have mentioned. It took me around 20 min even after putting the kadhai on high heat for 15 min. 4. The browning does not happen on the crust. 5. If I leave it inside for browning the crust becomes stiff and impossible to chew. 6. Even before the browning happens the cheese melts so much, that I can see yellow spots coming and the sauce starts burning. Thank You !

Hey yaman i made this recipe of urs yday as it was my 42nd bday..i loved d taste.its very unusual n more tasty than regular commercial pizza..more healthy n tasty...only prob i faced though was my final product became very soft from corners,n it tend to break n fall inside the salt bath wen i was trying 2 take it out from d oven. Infact i struggled a lot while making,my initial oven setup was not apt, it suddenly started 2 smoke out heavily n burned my kadai n inside bowl which i had kept it as stand.i quickly noticed it n discarded it.n changed it to induction kadai setup,but it took hell lot of tym consuming.took more than 30mins-45mins to bake my pizza. So i had a tough tym but final taste was very gud.only sad part was it broke while taking it out,i cudnt take full pic of it...plz point out wat wud b d loop hole,so that next tym it comes out d way i want it 2 b..n in kadai setup hw much is preheating tym and baking tym preferable...thanx once again 4 such a gud recipe ...
