Saurav, what’s the point of this clip? Though it creates great reference point in the Rushdie fatwa saga and Hemant the journalist comes out as a very frank person in respect of his intellectual prowess, it lacks perspective totally. When I look at the comments, even giving full allowance to the usual passions of the ignorants, the confusion of the viewers at total lack of context is apparent. It also shows how far your credibility has suffered lately which particularly saddens me. Salman Rushdie is a very very crucial character in the evolution of the sub continent and I hope one day you’ll read his works and after understanding fully would make a video on him which will be just too reflective of the present dilemma we are living in the subcontinent with.
