এইসব উকিল কি করে যে হাইকোর্ট এর মতো জায়গায় নিজেকে জাহির করে সেটাই অবাক হবার মতো কথা। শুধু মানুষকে ভুল বুঝিয়ে টাকা কামাবার রাস্তা করছে এদের ফাইন করা উচিত

May be the Advocate of the Petitioner placed the case absolutely in an inappropriate manner or the Advocate suppressed the fact, however, the Judge should have behaved in a decent manner. The Judge has lost his temper which was really rude. We all know that if any well known senior advocate represents this case before this Judge then this Judge would not have shown this kind of behaviour. I have always noticed this Judge as a short tempered person.

What kind of hooliganism is this... An entire petition spending thousands of rupees is filed by " common people"...Judge is supposed to read it before passing order.. The advocate stated before in his submission about some order given by Justice Jay Sengupta but was stopped mid way....Towards the end , he also tried to mention this leading to " violent reaction" from the judge... Leaving aside the merit of the case ( if some one in full collusion with the police does something , then what is the other party supposed to do), these " entitled, privileged" mostly " plain graduates" with a " dinosaur ego" who perhaps requires " mental therapy" doesnt even understand basic norms of " civilized, professional behavior". This video is a classic e.g. of Extreme workplace harassement and in any developed country or well known organization, a person would hv been taken to task even if 10% of such behaviour is demonstrated in a professional set up... This happens when an institution is run without any iota of " accountability" but with " absolute power"..... India desperately needs Judicial reforms and overhauling of this institution...

এখানে বিচারপতি এবং উকিল সবাই বাঙালি। তাহলে বাংলায় কেনো সওয়াল হচ্ছে না? যদি কোন উকিল অবাঙালী হন তবে তিনি তার নিজের ভাষায় সওয়াল করতে পারেন। বাংলাদেশে বাংলায় সওয়াল করতে দেখা যায়। এখানে হবে না কেন?
