DM is not a king King can't be transferred and suspended by the higher authority. Its extremely foolish to call a public servant a king Even PM is not a king Even Indira gandhi had to come to court and lost election after imposing emergency. No one is king in democracy that's why its named as democracy. I personally know IAS and other pcs officer and my father himself is pcs officer and many relatives are also in civil services. None of them consider themselves as king They know very well how limited is their jurisdiction and scope of work. And my district DM was removed in 6 months only. Recently . A king can't be removed in 6 months. These coaching institutes talk crap like this to impress students. And it is very very unfortunate for this country to consider public servants as kings. That's why India is @ 1 in red tape and bureaucratic hurdles in Asia. Because people think they are the kings. That's stupid. Look at any developed countries Public servants have to work and not rule. And this DM post was created by british crown to supress and suck the blood and.money of common Indian in name of tax and revenue. Its high time we get rid of such system. Huge reforms are needed in executive judiciary and legislative. Thats all. I have a lot more to say but won't. Hope you understand this paragraph and not mock the person who commented for his education, because what he said is absolutely right.
