Ingredients:
Rice - 1 cup
Semolina - 1/4 cup
Curd - 1 cup
Refined oil - 1 tbsp + 2 tbsp
Roughly cut onion - 1
Roughly cut tomato - 1
Garlic - 5
Sesame - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp + 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Water - As required
Sugar powder - 1 tsp
Cumin - 1 tsp
Asafetida - 2 pinch
Crushed Ginger - 2 inch
Green green chilli - 2
Eno - 1 pouch

तिल - 2 बड़े चम्मच
नमक - 1 छोटा चम्मच + 1 छोटा चम्मच
चीनी - 1 चम्मच
कश्मीरी मिर्च पाउडर - 1 चम्मच
पानी - आवश्यकतानुसार
चीनी पाउडर - 1 चम्मच
जीरा - 1 चम्मच
हींग - 2 चुटकी
कुटी हुई अदरक- 2 इंच
हरी हरी मिर्च - 2
ईनो- 1 पाउच
