Proof of what he said from Mahabharata itself and Puranas: “viditaṃ me mahābāho saṅgrāme samupasthite। māhātmyaṃ devakīmātastacca te rūpamaiśvaram॥ 5 yattadbhagavatā proktaṃ purā keśava sauhṛdāt। tatsarvaṃ puruṣavyāghra naṣṭaṃ me bhraṣṭacetasaḥ॥ 6 mama kautūhalaṃ tvasti teṣvartheṣu punaḥ punaḥ। bhavāṃstu dvārakāṃ gantā na cirādiva mādhava॥ 7 vaiśampāyana uvāca evamuktastu taṃ kṛṣṇaḥ phālgunaṃ pratyabhāṣata। pariṣvajya mahātejā vacanaṃ vadatāṃ varaḥ॥ 8 vāsudeva uvāca śrāvitastvaṃ mayā guhye jñāpitaśca sanātanam। dharmaṃ svarūpiṇaṃ pārtha sarvalokāṃśca śāśvatān॥ 9 abuddhyā nāgrahīryastvaṃ tanme sumahadapriyam। na ca sādya punarbhūyaḥ smṛtirme sambhaviṣyati॥ 10 nūnamaśraddadhāno’si durmedhā hyasi pāṇḍava। na ca śakyaṃ punarvaktumaśeṣeṇa dhanañjaya॥ 11 sa hi dharmaḥ suparyāpto brahmaṇaḥ padavedane। na śakyaṃ tanmayā bhūyastathā vaktumaśeṣataḥ॥ 12 paraṃ hi brahma kathitaṃ yogayuktena tanmayā।” (MBH 14:16:5-13a) English translation is available in SECTION XVI - Book 14: Aswamedha Parva: “'[Arjuna said]: O-mighty-armed one, thy greatness became known to me upon the approach of the battle. O son of Devaki, thy form also, as the Lord of the universe, then became known to me! What thy holy self said unto me at that time, O Kesava, through affection, has all been forgotten by me, O chief of men, in consequence of the fickleness of my mind. Repeatedly, however, have I been curious on the subject of those truths. Thou again, O Madhava, wilt repair to Dwaraka soon.’ Vaisampayana continued, ‘Thus addressed by him, Krishna of mighty energy, that foremost of speakers, embraced Phalguna and replied unto him as follows. ‘Vasudeva said, ‘I made thee listen to truths that are regarded as mysteries. I imparted to thee truths that are eternal. Verily, I discoursed to thee on Religion in its true form and on all the eternal regions. It is exceedingly disagreeable to me to learn that thou didst not, from folly, receive what I imparted. The recollection of all that I told thee on that occasion will not come to me now. Without doubt, O son of Pandu, thou art destitute of faith and thy understanding is not good. It is impossible for me, O Dhananjaya, to repeat, in detail, all that I said on that occasion. That religion (about which I discoursed to thee then) is more than sufficient for understanding Brahma. I cannot discourse on it again in detail. I discoursed to thee on Supreme Brahma, having concentrated myself in Yoga’”. So Krishna Himself admits that he was in Yogic union with the Parabrahma and He doesn't have the power to recite Gita. So Now who's that Parabrahma? “dṛṣṭavānasi taṃ devaṃ viśvākṣaṃ viśvatomukham | pratyakṣameva sarveśaṃ rudraṃ sarvajaganmayam ||60 jñānaṃ tadaiśvaraṃ divyaṃ yathāvad viditaṃ tvayā | svayameva hṛṣīkeśaḥ prītyovāca sanātanaḥ ||” (Kurma Purana 1:28:61) “[Vyasa says]:You have directly perceived that Lord Rudra who has his eyes everywhere, who has his faces everywhere, who is the very embodiment of the universe. That divine lordly knowledge (of śiva) has been precisely understood by you. That ancient Hrsikesha (Krishna) himself had recounted it to you out of delight”. Kurma Purana answers it. That Parabrahma is Mahadeva alone.

Here is something even more useful The Vishwaroopam of Bhagavan Shiva from Mahabharata itself where Daksja witnessed the roopam and Says that he beheld Vishnu, Agni, Indra all in the Form of Mahadeva and Neither Govinda, Nor Brahman Nor the ancient rishis are competent to understand the glory of that roopam Mahabharata Shanti Parva chapter 285 "Yudhishthira said, 'It behoveth thee, O sire, to tell me those names by which Daksha, that progenitor of creatures, adored the great deity. O sinless one, a reverent curiosity impels me to hear them.' "Bhishma said, 'Hear, O Bharata, what the names, both secret and proclaimed, are of that god of gods, that deity of extraordinary feats, that ascetic of secret vows.' "Daksha said, 'I bow to thee, O lord of all the gods to the destroyer of the forces of the Asuras. Thou art the paralyser of the strength of the celestial chief himself. Thou art adored by both gods and Danavas. Thou art thousand-eyed, thou art fierce-eyed, and thou art three-eyed. Thou art the friend of the ruler of the Yakshas. Thy hands and feet extend in all directions to all places. Thy eyes also and head and mouth are turned on all sides. Thy ears too are everywhere in the universe, and thou art thyself everywhere, O Lord! Thou art shaft-eared, thou art large- eared, and thou art pot-eared. Thou art the receptacle of the Ocean. Thy ears are like those of the elephant, or of the bull, or like extended palms. Salutations to thee! Thou hast a hundred stomachs All the deities dwell in thy form even as kine dwell within the fold. In thy body I behold Soma, and Agni, and the lord of the Waters, and Aditya, and Vishnu, and Brahmana, and Vrihaspati. Thou, O illustrious one, art Cause and Effect and Action and Instrument of everything unreal and real, and thou art Creation and Destruction. I bow unto thee that art called Bhava and Sarva and Rudra. I bow unto thee that art the giver of boons. I bow always unto thee that art the Lord of all creatures. वेद के अपौरुषेय होने का अर्थ केवल ये नहीं कि वे एक मनुष्य द्वारा नहीं कहे गए, बल्कि वह किसी के द्वारा नहीं कहे गए, शिव के द्वारा भी नहीं। शिव स्वयं वेद ही हैं, वेदः शिवः शिवो वेदः। और इन्होंने कहा अद्वैत वेदांत में ब्रह्म को केवल जगत के बाहर कहा है जगत नहीं, तो ये गलत है, वेदांत में ब्रह्म जगत के बाहर भी है और स्वयं जगत भी है। वह निष्क्रिय है परामार्थिक सत्ता में और पंच कर्म करता है ईश्वर रूप में व्यवहारिक सत्ता में। यदि त्रिक वाले शिव को कार्य करने वाला परमार्थ में बता देंगे तो क्यों कार्य कर रहे शिव ये प्रश्न आयेगा, क्योंकि कार्य प्रेरणा के बिना नहीं होता, और यदि शिव पूर्ण हैं तो कुछ करने की प्रेरणा नहीं होगी। अतः कार्य परमार्थ में नहीं होगा। कार्य अध्यास मात्र है। माया ब्रह्म की ही शक्ति है उससे भिन्न नहीं। कृपया भ्रम न फैलाएं। नमः शिवाय 🙏🏼🕉️

Consciousness is the fundamental reality and the three states are only the appearances. Gita is a pure Vedantic text. If Kashmir shaivism is in full agreement with the Gita, then, how come the differences?.

i think the difference is languague/understading when we talk about bhagwat geeta it is conversation between god (god krishna) and human (arjun). so the answers which was given by god krishna is as per normal human understanding but when we talk about aagam and nigam then the conversation is between god (god shiva) and goddess (mata parvati). so the answer was given by god shiva or goddess parvati as per their understanding. so according to me difference between bhagwat geeta & aagam nigam is difference between knowledge as per basic understanding(human understanding) and knowledge as per advance undertstanding for e.g. there is two student with different understanding one has lower undertstanding and other one has higher now teacher teaches both the student but way of teaching & language is different i hope you understood it is my POV

Kashmir Shaivism is in full agreement with Gita as well as the Upanishads, just not completely in agreement with the interpretation of Adi Shankaracharya. Just because Shankaracharya speaks about Brahman devoid of Shakti.

Sir you can choose to follow your understanding of satvik sadhana, but you can't force sadhak of shakti to follow your notion of satvik sadhana because pashu bali is also satvik if you follow all steps written into the shastra.
