If Kashmir was a princely state then whole of India was princely state ruled by kingdoms even before British era. Ancient Kashmir was named after Kashyap Rishi and was vedic religion. Maharaja Hari Singh annexed Kashmir with India including POK. 370 was imposed by Shekh Abdullah and Nehru afterwards. Maharaja Hari singh never signed letter of accession with a condition of Art 370. Now 370 has been removed which was a temporary article.

These kashmiri people must understand that they think due to removal of 370 and 35A there is rise of unemployment and due to some reasons (mostly terrorism forte) Kashmir Muslims experienced existential crisis outside J&K. Similarly Kashmiri Pandits must have felt existential crisis when they had to flew away. These Kashmir citizens must awaken to fight for development rather than to fight for some temporary setup like 370 and 35A.

In the first step, Pakistan was asked to withdraw all its nationals that entered Kashmir for the sake of fighting. In the second step, India was asked to progressively reduce its forces to the minimum level required for law and order. In the third step, India was asked to appoint a plebiscite administrator nominated by the United Nations who would conduct a free and impartial plebiscite.
