Doctor enik കുറച്ചു നാളായിട്ട് ഇടത്തെ കണ്ണിന്റെ മേൽ പോളയിലും താഴെയും ആയിട്ട് വളരെ ചെറിയ 2 pimples പോലെ വന്നു.... ആദ്യം ഓർത്തു അത് pimple ആയിരിക്കുമെന്ന്... ഇന്ന് എനിക്ക് വലത്തേ കണ്ണിന്റെ മുകളിൽ പോളയിൽ ആയിട്ട് അതിന്റെ ഉള്ളിൽ ഒരു ചെറിയ പെയിൻ പോലെ തോന്നി തൊടുമ്പോൾ.... നോക്കിയപ്പോൾ പെട്ടന്ന് kanillelum ഒരു ചെറിയ തടിപ്പ് പോലെ തൊട്ടു നോക്കിയപ്പോൾ അകത്തു ഒരു കുരു പോലെ തോന്നി.... ഞാൻ കൺകുരു ആണെന്ന് വിചാരിച്ച ഇരുന്നേ.... 🥹 ഡോക്ടർ പറഞ്ഞു അങ്ങനെ വരുന്നത് എല്ലാം കൺകുരു അല്ല... ചിലപ്പോൾ fat അടിയുന്നതിരിക്കുമെന്ന്.... അതിനു ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാൻ ഇല്ല... മുട്ടയും ഇറച്ചിയും കുറക്കണം എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.... പക്ഷെ ഡോക്ടർ ഞാൻ ഇറച്ചി ഒക്കെ വല്ലപ്പോഴും മാത്രം കഴിക്കുന്നയാളാണ്... മുട്ട ആഴ്ചയിൽ കഴിക്കും ഒന്നോ രണ്ടോ തവണ അല്ലാതെ ഇതൊന്നും എപ്പോഴും കഴിക്കുന്ന ആളല്ല... എണ്ണ അധികം use ചെയ്യാറില്ല.... മധുരം അങ്ങനെ കഴിക്കാറില്ല.... പിന്നെ എങ്ങനെ ആണ് ഇത് വരുന്നത്.... കഴിഞ്ഞ മാസം എന്റസ് Lipid ഞാൻ വെറുതെ ഒന്ന് test ചെയ്തു നോക്കിയതാ എല്ലാം വളരെ normal ആയിരിന്നു.... എനിക്ക് പേടിയാകുന്നു എങ്ങനെ fat വന്നെന്നു.... പിന്നെ doctor പറഞ്ഞു ഇത് മുട്ടയും ഇറച്ചിയും കുറച്ചാൽ മതി തന്നെ കുറഞ്ഞോളും എന്നു.... ഇത് എങ്ങാനും വലുതായി വന്നാൽ surgery ചെയ്താൽ മതിയെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു...എന്താ doctor ഇതിന്റെ ശരിക്കുമുള്ള reason ഒന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു തരാമോ....? Lipid normal ആയാലും ഇങ്ങനെ വരുമോ....?

Hi Shan... Enjoyed reading your detailed queries.. Yes, heat is not good for hair. But body heat is not an issue, avoid hot oils. Free radicals are not good for body cells including hair root, but no scientific basis for avoiding headphones for this reason. Heavy workouts may break your muscles and myoglobin may be released in blood and urine, but no relationship with hair fall.
