Oil - 1 Tbsp
Jeera - 1Tsp
Cloves - 3
Chopped Green Chilly - 1 Tbsp
Curry leaves -7
Grated ginger - 1 inch
Hing - 2 pinch
Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp
Water: 3.5 Cups
Salt - 3/4 Tbsp
Coriander - 1 Tbsp
FOR KADHI:
Curd - 1 Cup
Water - 1.5 Cups
Besan - 2.5 Tbsp
Salt - 1 Tbsp
Paste of 1 Green chilly and 1 inch Ginger
KADHI VAGHAAR:
Ghee - 1 Tbsp
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Jeera - 1/2 Tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Dry Methi seeds - 10
Cloves -2
Bayleaf - 1 piece
Star Anise(Badiya) - 1/2
Dry red chilly - 2
Hing - 2 Pinch
Water - 2 Tbsp
Water - 2 cups after adding chaas mixture
Jaggery - 1 Tbsp(Optional)
Curry leaves - 10
Coriander
