I still remember the BTS video of Nindiya Re from around 10 years ago where Jaffer said something on the lines of "aise gaane zindagi mein sirf ek baar bante hain". Janaab, aapne toh aisa gaana ek aur baad bana diya. I can't get over just how perfectly the lyrics encapsulate the love I have for my wife. Yeh gaana toh 40 saal baad bhi suna jaayega. Thank you, Kaavish.

She was the one who introduced me to Kaavish. Circumstances did not favour us and I messed up. We are no longer together and since then I did not listen to Kaavish until this day, this very moment and I am all tears :) I went back to the days. A little Trip Down Memory Lane. I miss her a lot, a lot that I cannot describe. A hole in the heart bigger than the heart itself. It's been 2 years since then, and I haven't moved on even a little bit, but she moved on happy in her life I hope :) I hope she still listens to Kaavish and I "HOPE" one day she reads my comment...

Vocies like Jaffer's are rare, very very rare and hard to find. That's why listeners of singers like him are also selected. They're the ones who understand lyrics and find connections to them. I also wonder why his songs don't get millions of views but then I realise that not everyone has the quality taste for music like this. His music is a treasure and we find it soothing for our souls. Millions views or not; we'll comeback to his music again and again.

It’s been 13years since my father passed away. Listening to this song when heading back to home hits to deepest core of the soul. Although this song was on repeat for last few days, only now realized its not just romantic song or benevolent poetry. It tells so much more than that. It says things only kaavish can speak loud with his voice. He doesn’t even need any instruments, all he need is his voice and soulful words. What treat to soul growing up with kaavish. I still don’t understand how he is so underrated regarding views. He deserves the whole world trust me. I was finding it hard to cry out loud, this and faasle helped me to cry my heart out. Kaavish music always takes me back to old days when their music was a huge hit. No one can beat them when it comes to lyrics, vocals and music. Otherwise in today’s generation its all about auto tune

Some of the harqats he takes specially towards the end of the song have such a Carnatic music feel to it ❤ just shows how connected we are as a people of this subcontinent, all the way from Kanyakumari to Peshawar. May our countries bond over music, art, food and culture and dissolve all boundaries created by petty hatemongering politicians on both sides. Absolute love and respect for Kaavish :)
